Summary/Abstract: In today’s digital age, organizational feedback tools have become increasingly important for improving impact and effectiveness. The results of the analysis carried out in this article show that feedback tools are essential in organizational development because they provide valuable information on the performance of individuals, teams, and the organization as a whole. Moreover, by adopting digital feedback tools, organizations can improve their efficiency and make better decisions that can have a positive impact on their bottom line.
