Summary/Abstract: This research aims to determine the professional difficulties and solution suggestions of school administrators. The research was conducted through a survey containing the responses of 24 school administrators. According to the data obtained, the most frequently mentioned difficulties of managers are financial constraints, bureaucratic obstacles and workload. Financial difficulties can make it difficult to meet basic needs such as providing educational materials and balancing staff salaries. Bureaucratic obstacles and increasing workload make it difficult for managers to use their time effectively and manage decision-making processes. Additionally, managers are demanding better advice and support. This research contributes to understanding the challenges in the management of educational institutions and developing solution suggestions.
