Summary/Abstract: We are living in a world where access to information is facilitated by new information technologies, and university education must take the necessary steps to integrate them into teaching and learning. B-L (BlendedLearning) goes beyond the limits of traditional courses, where the teacher was the only source of information, placing the students in the center of their own training and facilitating the use of online learning combined with face-to-face interaction. The article addresses the essence, necessity, advantages and limits of B-L, offering ideas for the application of digital resources in teaching the Education Sciences.
