Summary/Abstract: The current process of reform of land registry law is characterized by uneven solutions of land registry law and rights in rem in terms of trust protection, and in terms of registration and its effect, on the one hand, and the re-actualized issue of establishing a unified record system, as a completely new and radically different model of immovable-property records and its rights. In this paper, a comparative legal analysis of the aforementioned solutions was carried out, all with the aim of determining overall reform potential in this area. In order to take an adequate stand what model of immovable-property registration is the right one, a critical analysis of the provisions of the Cadastre Law of the Republic of Srpska was also carried out, i.e. the Draft Cadastre Law of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
