CREATION OF INCLUSIVE REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTIONS IN UKRAINE AS THE CONDITION OF CONSOLIDATION WITH EUROPEAN ECONOMIC SPACE

Summary/Abstract: Aim of the article. Finding the compliance with EU standards and the specificformation features of regional development institutions in Ukraine. Revealing thecharacteristics of regional development institutions in Ukraine and determining the extractiveones – as those, which limit inclusive regional development and should be eliminated in orderto reach the consolidation with the European economic space.Results and conclusions. In the article the theoretical aspects of the problem ofinclusive institutions have been revealed. Their focusing on the changes of qualitativecharacteristics of regional development has been proved, and the practice of their functioningin Ukraine has been analyzed. The compliance of regional development institutions inUkraine with global and, in particular, the European ones has been determined. The practicalevidences of regional development institutions’ in Ukraine inclusiveness and extractivity havebeen provided. This gave an opportunity to form the directions of elimination of the extractivefeatures of regional development institutions in the context of Ukraine’s integration into theEuropean economic space.Perspective directions of study. Finding out the institutional barriers in elimination ofthe extractivity of regional development institutions in the conditions of post-war economicrecovery of Ukraine.
