Summary/Abstract: On the 90th anniversary of the passing into eternity of the well known Banat composer Ion Vidu, this article brings to the reader's attention an analysis of one of the most famous works composed by him, the ”Salvation”. Both religious and patriotic, the work presents special features being extremely valuable for Romanian choral music.
