Summary/Abstract: The subject of the article is the history of the Crown Guard in the years 1775–1794. The authordiscusses staff changes in the unit. Particular attention is paid to personnel changes andthe number of soldiers. The author also presents the places where the Crown Guard was inservice, such as the Royal Castle or Łazienki, which he also believes is important. The issue ofdrill, training and the quartering of soldiers is discussed. In the case of the Crown Horse GuardRegiment, the problem of purchasing and taking care of horses is considered.
