Bulgarian and international experience in placeing measures for restraint during an epidemic. Conclusions after the end of the epidemic situation of Covid-19 disease and proposals for the legislative amendments in Bulgarian legislation

Summary/Abstract: This article describes the practical problems in the proceedings for placeing measures for restraint in the conditions of Covid-19. The international experience and the legislative amendments undertaken by the Bulgarian state are reviewed.The practical difficulties in the trial are summarized. A special place is given to the decision of the Constitutional Court on the unconstitutionality of some of the laws dopted by the bulgarian. In conclusion, the legislative amendments are commented in the spirit of crimilal procedure in normal time.
