Summary/Abstract: This article describes chronologically the foundation of various international criminal tribunals over time. Attention is paid to the most crucial processes in history, which have the characteristics of international criminal justice. It’s analyzed the creation and the current problems of jurisprudence of the International Criminal Court. The structure and powers of the newly established Kosovo Specialist Chambers and the Specialist Prosecutor’s Office are examined.
