Summary/Abstract: This article analyzes based on many sources the development of Czech Theological College in Rome from its foundation in 1884 until the 1920s. The author notes personal staff of college, its administration and operative matters, location of college and above all the changes in position of college after declaration of independent Czechoslovak Republic in 1918.
