The Directions of Development of Housing Buildings in the Metropolis GZM Area

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to identify the trends in the development of new housing buildings and the analysis of the demographic changes in Metropolis GZM between the years 2017 and 2023. The analysis is carried out with the use of the statistical data made available by the Central Statistical Office (Local Data Bank), as well as spatial data from the CORINE Land Cover Programme (CLC) and the Topographical Objects Data Base [Baza Danych Obiektów Ogólnotopograficznych; BDOT10k] prepared by the Central Geodesy and Cartography Office.
