Summary/Abstract: Abstract: While the first part of this article documented the positions taken by important Romanian scholars on solidarism (I) and especially on the issue of property conceived as social function following the theory of Leon Duguit but also the relevant provisions of the German Weimar Constitution (II.1), this second and last part will try to demonstrate the relevance of Otto von Gierke´s social law paradigm for the Romanian Constitution from 1923
