Summary/Abstract: A mathematical model presented in the paper gives a possibility for the quantitative estimation of decisions in economic policy, i.e. for the calculation of the market price liberalization impact on the growth of economical power in countries of transition economy. The model of a specific situation that allows to evaluate the effectiveness of decisions between two countries that simultaneously make transition from centralized to market economy, but take different liberalization speeds, is taken into consideration.
