Summary/Abstract: Interpersonal communication includes two perspectives: anthropological perspective of communication, namely its value as a tool of constitution and culture dissemination, and its semiotical perspective, namely the value of communication as a modus faciendi signa. The interpersonal communication builds one approach dimension at the level of educative cultural policy in the perspective of children intercultural education. Exploring the children interpersonal communication covers the distance between cultural to intercultural. Thus, the interpersonal communication is shaped as an investiment of cultural and intercultural education of children.
