Summary/Abstract: The professionalization of teachers requires certain innovations, which also mean certain paradigmatic ingredients. The professionalization of teachers implies an activity of training and efficient application of professional competences by becoming an integral teacher based on contextual integrity that is being structured in a new direction, motivated and determined by a new scientific, reflective, professional and educational framework.
