Summary/Abstract: This paper studies the derivatives akademkinja, borkinja, poslovotkinja, psihološkinja, sutkinja, vatrogaskinja, vodičkinja, vojnikinja and related formations (hirurškinja, knjigovotkinja, virusološkinja, etc.). The paper aims to determine how well they fi t into the derivational system of the Serbian language, i.e. whether they have derivational precedents in the Serbian language. The conclusion is that the mentioned derivatives are derivationally irregular.
