Summary/Abstract: This research focuses on the usefulness of front office programs for businesses in the hospitality industry, providing an in-depth analysis in the areas of technical difficulties, customer satisfaction, impact on internal processes, training and support, user experience, data security, improvements for the future and general opinions. The data obtained based on the fictional responses of 60 tourism front office employees aims to evaluate the effective use of front office programs in the sector. Findings highlighting technical difficulties show that businesses focusing on software compatibility issues, update problems and connection problems need to develop strategies to overcome these difficulties. In terms of customer satisfaction, the importance of fast check-in/check-out processes and quick response to special requests was emphasized, but the need for further work on booking flexibility was noted. It creates a positive impact with its impact on internal business processes, increased productivity, communication improvements and ease of reporting. Regarding training and support, the need for advanced training and online support requests came to the fore, and it was emphasized that businesses should focus on efforts to keep their employees constantly updated. In terms of user experience, user interface satisfaction and quick access features were evaluated positively, but it was stated that improvements were needed in mobile compatibility. Data security has emerged as an important issue with password security, secure server connections and data backup policies. It has been stated that focusing on improvements for the future, integration opportunities, artificial intelligence applications and instant customer feedback can lead to developments in the sector. Overall, this research sheds light on issues that are critical for businesses in the hospitality industry to effectively manage their front office programs.
