„SAREA PĂMÂNTULUI”, ÎN VREMURI DE CRIZĂ
„SALT OF THE EARTH”, IN TIMES OF CRISIS

Summary/Abstract: In this approach, we resorted to the metaphor „ salt of the earth”, to attempt to outline the portrait of the teaching staff, through the effect and decentering of meaning. We will formulate questions and give solutions objectively without arrogating the right to guarantee the punctual grievances. The mes-sage in the parables won’t solve the problems but will reviel synthesis. Society needs people that can give flavour, more so, the teacher should be the one who perfectly fights against degradation, through the power of pire/ healing words. The analysis of the created meaning effect by the few seminal images of the Holy Bible, will enlarge the semicircle of our understanding, closer and closer, through successive aproximations.
