Summary/Abstract: This research aimed to examine the experiences of 10 teachers working in Adıyaman in multicultural educational environments and their attitudes, coping strategies, professional development needs and general evaluations regarding these experiences. This case study, which uses a qualitative research model, involves evaluating the data collected through a semi-structured interview form with the content analysis method. Participants shared their experiences of encountering students from different cultures in multicultural educational environments and their coping strategies for these experiences. Findings show that teachers generally have a positive attitude and adopt a variety of strategies to deal with student diversity. Intercultural communication and student diversity management stand out among professional development needs.
