Summary/Abstract: The firm´s culture affects all the activities in the organization. It has an impast on empoyces behaviour, communication, performance and motivation; it contributes to elimination of negative factors, which the entily has to face, and supporting positive ones. Th e organization´s culture has a substantial impotence in medical centres. Therefore, it has to be properly developed by the management.
