Summary/Abstract: The article follows the contemporary digital methods of photographing reproductions of art – paintings, used widely today in institutions and art projects. They all follow one and the same principle – in order to achieve very high resolutions, instead of one single photo, a panoramic software stitching is created from numerous photo shoots. Like every method, it has good sides and potential problems, analyzed in the following material.
