Transformation of the personality in Vox Populi’s documentary theater

Summary/Abstract: This study traces the actor’s metamorphosis and the tools with which it was achieved in one particular performance of the artistic theatre collective Vox Populi – Chronicle’21 – a personal archive and testimony of time. A typical example of interdisciplinarity in contemporary art, where the toolkit of the performing arts – in this case documentary (in particular verbatim) theatre and performance – interacts with that of the visual arts – artistic research, approaches to exposing documentation, and sociology.
