Summary/Abstract: The contribution arose in terms of solving the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports Project 2E06044 and deals with the explanation of a method how to coach managers. It deals with the process of coaching especially, i. e. running coaching - ovations interview. Coaching helps the managers get familiar with the properties that they miss. It is considered to be a very effective managing instrument because it makes the coached look at the problems in another way that they were used to until then and get the better perception of reality as well as new opportunities.
