Summary/Abstract: The success of companies depends on managers’abilities to respond promptly to influences and impulses in their surroundings and select the best business strategy appropriately. The aim of this article is to assess whether the selected organization fares well from a financial point of view, and define the current situation of the company and with the help of techniques and methods of strategic management propose a strategy leading towards improving the competitiveness of an organization, and keeping or, better, improving the current situation. The paper contains financial models and the SWOT analysis of the selected organization.
