Summary/Abstract: The topic of the paper is mentoring that can be regarded as one of the methods of communication in education and development of workers in company. This relatively new term is explained in the paper and the possibility of its usage in current practice in companies is clarified there too. An example of its engagement in different projects is mentioned there as well as the summary of its benefits.
