Summary/Abstract: With regard to the current situation in global economy, it is necessary to monitor and evaluate logistics total costs. This is important for reaching up the competition advantage. Transport, storage and other logistics activities are monitored by logistic metrics. This paper is focused on logistic metrics used in Czech enterprises for evaluation of transport process efficiency and it is one of the findings of the grant research GAJU Nr. 073/08/H Application of fuzzy logic methods in logistic controlling and benchmarking.
