Summary/Abstract: The paper deals with the change of the Payment System Act amendment which was introduced at the meeting of the Czech government on 9th February 2009 and published on the website of the Ministry of finance on 28th May 2009. The updated Act has been valid since 1st November 2009 in all member states of the EU.
