Summary/Abstract: Freedom of assembly is the foundation of a democratic state. As the state develops, society encounters various kinds of problems, which can lead to mass disorder. In this respect, it is essential to analyse the phenomenon in detail, but so far it has received little attention in the literature. Therefore, by classifying and nuancing the broad explanation of the concept of mass disorder, it will be possible to identify its physical and psychological causes.
