Summary/Abstract: Personal marketing understood as a „modern“ way to recruit the labour is not the fixed conception. It varies under the influence of quantity and quality changes which must be applied during job opportunity presentations or during sale/hire of the workplace. The communication instruments are predominant because they represent the workplaces as well as the company itself and its employment image.
