Masmédiá na okraji alebo v stredobode záujmu?
Mass-media on the periphery or in the center of interest?

Summary/Abstract: After the parliamentary elections in autumn 2023, the new Government of the Slovak Republic took power. In the program statement, the new government defines its media policy briefly and vaguely. It is all the more difficult to predict the changes the government will try to enforce in next four-year term. The previous statements and steps of some politicians who took power after these elections, are certainly cause for concern. However, there is a long way from words to deeds.
