Analysis of the doctrinal concepts regarding the banking system

Summary/Abstract: In the current context of the Republic of Moldova, in order to promote a better understanding of the functioning of the banking system, we will elucidate the main theoretical aspects of the banking system. In the hope that it will be a useful material for both practitioners and theorists of banking law, we would like to highlight the doctrinal aspects of the terms ”banking law”, ”banking activity”, ”banking operation”, and ”banking system”. We will also analyze the stability of the banking system.
