Summary/Abstract: The contribution deals with the question under which conditions the obliged entity is obliged to provide its internal regulations according to the Act on Free Access to Information, or under what conditions the obliged entity may not provide internal regulations. The main emphasis will be placed on the conclusions of court jurisprudence and professional literature.
