Summary/Abstract: This paper is focused on the assessment of the selected indicators in the quality improvement process and production efficiency using the data from the plant VISHAY ELECTRONIC Ltd., Přeštice, Prachatice bureau. The monitoring indicators are used for monitoring and evaluation of the efficiency of production process and serve for the quality improvement. The indicators provide relevant data which enable the regulation and management of this manufacturing process to optimize the process time, cost and efficiency used to satisfy customer needs while keeping a reasonable profit. To compare the data the observed values of selected monitoring indicators of VISHAY ELECTRONIC Ltd. from 2009 and 2010 were used. The set target values of indicators of 2010 were used for comparisons and evaluation.
