Summary/Abstract: The paper deals with the allocation principles of justice which are provided by local institutions. First, it delimitates the different approaches to study justice – descriptive, explanatory and normative ones and after that it forms a topic for this context. Then, from the descriptive and explanatory perspectives, it focuses on the principles of justice which rule the distribution of lacking resources – merit, need, talent, output, efficiency etc.
