Regionálna multipartita ako perspektívna forma sociálneho partnerstva
Regional Multipartite as Perspective Form of Social Partnership

Summary/Abstract: During the last years in consequence of globalization, integration or liberalization tendencies in the area of social partnership have been formed, namely regional and European social partnership. The aim of this contribution is to call the important aspects, principles and goals of social partnership at the regional level and on the example of Slovakia define the reasons of failure of regional social dialogue. In the article we prefer the term „multipartite“ instead of the traditional term „tripartite“ because of the specificity of regional social partnership where social partners can represent more fields of interests, not only those traditional ones – state, labour and capital.
