Summary/Abstract: As a rule, a ship or boat is not an inherently dangerous object while it is navigating. Certain activities on or in connection with the ship can be a danger. Berthed ships and boats, compared to those in navigation, represent an even smaller danger to the environment. There is practically no danger to the environment from vessels in dry berths.
