Summary/Abstract: The objective of this article is to establish the huge importance of learning foreign languages, the social and neurological benefits that come with this complex approach, but also the ambiguity which is part of the process and must not be forgetten because it represents an important element in the field. It does not matter the method used to learn a language, the ambguity that results from all the methods, the positive or negative emotions which appear, have an important influence in the development of the competence.
