Summary/Abstract: On the basis of a questionnaire survey, the overall employee job satisfaction will be found as well as satisfaction with particular aspects of work and their participation in quality improvement. Descriptive statistics, Chi-squared test of independence and a twosample parametric test are used to evaluate the questionnaire. The questionnaire survey showed that respondents rated individual aspects of job satisfaction rather neutrally. Overall job satisfaction was comparable to the level of education achieved, nor is it influenced by the length of time which employees work in the company. The survey of employee participation in quality improvement found that the level of employee involvement in quality improvement is very good. It was shown that the time which employees work for the company has the impact on employees' knowledge of how to work with information, on the correct use of qualityenhancing performance tools, on sufficient time for completing quality work performance, and on employees' willingness to discuss with their management suggestions to improve working procedures. On the other hand, it was found that knowledge of working procedures and knowledge of quality assessment does not depend on the length of time employees are employed in the company. Only a satisfied employee will participate in quality improvement. Therefore, it is essential that management has the most accurate information in this area so that it can meet the permanent goal of continually improving business performance.
