Summary/Abstract: In our article, we describe a specific category of transportation: public transportation. Its role is to provide mobility to individuals who, for certain reasons, cannot or do not want to use other means of transportation. The situation becomes problematic when this mode of transportation does not function properly. Identifying and signalling this problem should be the responsibility of the relevant institutions. Unfortunately, it is often various categories of users who are forced to handle this issue independently. The aim of the article is to present the subjective dimension of the phenomenon of communicative exclusion: students’ opinions regarding the communicative accessibility of their place of residence, ways of getting to school, the assessment of the quality of public transportation services in their areas, and the possession of a driver’s license. The research was conducted in the former counties of Góra, Milicz, and Oleśnica in the Lower Silesian province.
