Summary/Abstract: Supervision is a training method in which novices are most of the time focused on client service. Unlike previous internships that are centred mainly on knowledge acquisition, supervision in Transport Psychology aims to develop a series of knowledge and skills which can be directly applied to ongoing work with clients. In addition, supervision aims to develop the critical spirit, as well as the capacity for professional and personal self-evaluation.
