In the European Education Area, collaboration across national borders to achieve educational goals is a reality. This space aims to promote and encourage mobility, and cooperation in education and training. The EU through its programs supports the states in increasing the efficiency of their educational systems. The central objective of this study is the promotion and justification of theses: the internationalisation of education allows the development of joint study programs with partner universities in the EU; multiplying the emphasis of national policies to promote innovation in the creation and provision of international education; collaboration in the field of implementing quality assurance mechanisms in the field of education. The article reveals the positive experience gained by the Erasmus+ Program in ensuring the academic mobility of students and teaching staff, focused on the assimilation of educational values from European states. Contemporary society is dynamic, it is characterised by multiple tensions, controversies, and challenges, to which every actor in social life must react immediately and adequately. To develop such skills in the actors of social life, in the citizens of democratic states, it is necessary to update the objectives of the educational systems. Each country and each institution of the educational system has a positive experience, which through the internationalisation of education we can capitalise on, quantify, and promote.
