Summary/Abstract: This article tries to highlight some topical aspects regarding the sale of the inheritance, an atypical variant of sale placed by the current Romanian legislator among the ample and tendering tableau of varieties of sale, presenting itself as a useful solution for the alienation, under certain conditions, of inheritance rights.
