Summary/Abstract: In order to respond effectively to situations in which the sale takes an atypical form, the legislator introduced among the texts of the current Civil Code the varieties of sale, in the table of which is also the sale of inheritance or, in other words, the sale of inheritance rights, oowhich the holder of a right of succession alienates for consideration this right to another person. This article seeks to highlight the most important aspects of the obligations assumed by the seller through such a sale, referring in particular to the delivery obligation.
