Summary/Abstract: The present study aims to highlight the consequences of one of the amendments made to Law no. 31/1990 on companies, through the new Trade Register Law no. 265/2022, in the plan of the (re)interpretation of the legal provisions regulating the transmission of social shares through succession. In this new context, the issue, not lacking in controversies, of continuing the activity with the heirs of the deceased LLC member is presented and analyzed.
