Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the issue of implementation of projects requiring a decision on the environmentalconditions in the landscape park and its buffer zone. A landscape park is a specialnatural area with a special legal regime in the form of prohibitions regulated by art. 17 sec. 1of the Act of 16th April 2004 on Nature Protection. In addition, the decision on environmentalconditions for a project implemented in the area of a landscape park must also take into accountthe protection of priority landscape in landscape protection zones, if such an obligation resultsfrom a landscape audit. Additional requirements apply if the area of a landscape park covers atleast partly a Natura 2000 area, because in this case the decision on environmental conditionsmust also consider the purpose of creation and the objective scope of protection introducedwithin the Natura 2000 area. The article deals with the issue of implementation of projects requiring a decision on the environmentalconditions in the landscape park and its buffer zone.
