Summary/Abstract: Drafting the hearings conclusions is one of the main activities of the clerk, and learning the correct way of drawing them up is one of the challenges of the National School of Clerks's students, of the debutante clerks and for those at the beginning of their career. This article aims to provide theoretical and especially practical explanations regarding the drafting of the hearing conclusions and the importance of recording in it of all the mandatory mentions provided by the normative provisions.
