Summary/Abstract: The interaction of different factors, including plural aspects of motivations, personal traits, and external effects, can influence individuals’ decisions concerning occupational choice and prompt them to start entrepreneurial activities. Today the research in this sphere became avalanche-like but theoretical approaches proposed by prominent economists of the past remain the solid fundamentals of modern studies.
