Summary/Abstract: This article presents a comprehensive exploration of a pioneering initiative aimed at equipping Algerian English as a Foreign Language (EFL) teachers with the skills and strategies to become proficient practitioners in the realm of English for Specific Purposes (ESP) instruction.
