Summary/Abstract: Considering the diversity and importance of cultural and historical heritage, individual heritage goods and monuments of importance for a society, its culture and identity, the paper will problematize the relationship to a kind of artistic and socio - cultural expression that records a growing tendency to become part of intangible heritage, as a testimony of one’s own and at the same time global culture and identity. The problem will be considered in a broader and narrower context, given that the Bosnian society has only been establishing a dialogue with this type of artistic expression in the last ten years. The discussion aims to encourage the profession to further reflect and analyze this topic, and to point out the problem of its deviation from graffiti and murals as contemporary art media, in order to more successfully cooperate with artists and professional critics.
