Summary/Abstract: This work; It aims to evaluate the conclusions on the relationship between the values of university students in Muş and their entrepreneurial intentions and the level of the effect of family climate on this relationship. More broadly, in this study; It is aimed to determine the effect of the values that shape the social structure and shape the attitudes of individuals that will turn into behaviors in the future, on the entrepreneurial intentions and the level of the role of the family climate in this effect. It is possible for countries to reach economic prosperity only if the number of individuals with entrepreneurial spirit increases. Although individuals who have received entrepreneurship education and graduated are more likely to participate in entrepreneurial activities at an early age and to be the owner and founder of large companies, the probability of losing their jobs is too likely to be underestimated. At this point, values and family climate gain importance in raising entrepreneurial individuals. Although there are studies that reveal the entrepreneurial intentions of individuals, there are very few studies that reveal the effects of values and family climate. For the research, data were obtained through 278 questionnaires from the students studying at the university in Muş. The data obtained were evaluated by means of explanatory factor, correlation and regression analyzes. According to the research findings; It has been seen that there is a positive significant relationship between the values and family climate and entrepreneurial intentions, but there is no mediating effect of family climate in the relationship between values and entrepreneurial intention.
